This is a sales development role that will eventually progress into Account Management.

How You Can Make A Difference In This Role?
You will provide an effective and efficient Sales Support function to the sales team, enabling them to proactively drive sales and the business forward. The role involves supporting our Account Managers by back-order/order processing. It requires an individual who is a team player with strong attention and a high level of accuracy with the ability to work to deadlines.
a) Assist the Sales team with order processing and resolution of Customer Service, Credit Control and Warehouse issues.
b) Maintain an efficient and effective filing system.
c) Assist the Sales team and Product Managers in the upkeep of accurate and comprehensive client records.
d) Assist in the handling of customer enquiries by telephone in the event of busy periods and in absence of team colleagues.
e) Assist in the production, management and maintenance of customer backorder reports.
f) Produce letters, reports and general correspondence, as required.
g) Updating our SAP system so that product information, pricing etc is up to date and accurate.
a) Experience of working within an administration role within an office environment.
b) Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
c) Strong communication skills and a good telephone manner.
d) Flexible and able to cover a wide variety of tasks and work in different teams.
e) A good level of education, including Maths & English.
f) Experience in SAP
g) Organised with a high level of accuracy.
h) Excellent customer service skills
