We are recruiting for a Service Desk 1st Line Team Leader to join our IT Operations department in Leeds.
The purpose of this role is to successfully lead and support the Service Desk team and deal with enquiries as and when required. The role-holder will identify and implement appropriate improvements to Service Desk tools, processes and practices and provide guidance on these recommendations to the Service Desk Manager whilst also managing the Service Desk Knowledge base.
We are looking for an individual with outstanding communication skills, that is genuinely passionate about building a career in IT Service:
You'll need to have previous experience of leading, supporting and inspiring a team within a technical environment with a strong customer focus. You will have the ability to provide strong mentoring to develop the team and provide necessary recommendations to maximise the service that is provided.
