Business Process Analyst - Contract - Berkshire

Business Process Analyst must have a background within the ENERGY Industry.

Business Process Analyst will develop the processes to underpin solutions for industrial and commercial customers. Develop and improve processes and systems to support the business across commercial, design, install, O&M, contractor management and customer support and ensure integration within the Client Group.
You will play a leading role for a range of business critical change projects across the portfolio. The will help build and drive the culture and processes to manage HSE, protect margin and deliver projects on time.

Business Process Analyst Specific accountabilities

Help establish as a single integrated business: Support the integration of current 4 operational businesses into one delivery arm for the business by aligning key processes and translating into leading edge business systems. Ensure business continuity through the transition. Take responsibility for specific elements of large change programmes with guidance from the Process Manager or lead small stand-alone programmes themselves.

Manage critical interfaces: Support the implementation of the new project management and financial operating system (MS Dynamics within Distributed Energy) working with IS support as required. Responsible for business integration of all other software requirements for the business.

Help establish the PMO function as a high performing team by striving for process excellence, best practice and achieving industry leading results. Ensure BAU process continuity: Support programme management for BAU change projects working with technical resource as needed.

Budget Management: Help develop business cases for funding from central sources for key process related projects. Monitor budget spend and help communicate spend against budget regularly with Head of PMO and Head of UK & Ireland Distributed Energy, feeding into the broader reporting processes
