Website Developer, £35-38K, Tower Hill|
Our client is looking for a Website Developer to join them on a 12 months FTC. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer with a strong background in web technologies to join their web team. Working with one of the Royal Colleges in London, this is a chance to get involved in an interesting and complex part of the organisation, dealing with the legal and medical aspect of a specialist area within the company.

You will be based in their new office complex in a historically important part of London, where tourists and locals alike fill the immaculately maintained streets. What does the role consist of?
You will be joining the E-Technology team responsible for the maintenance and development of the College's main web presence and their online learning packages, as well as developing the wider use of web and mobile applications within the College. Excellent team working and the ability to work with internal non-technical clients are also key requirements.
* Develop and implement required functionality with strong focus of security, performance, customer experience
* Manage technical aspects of the website and web applications as may be assigned
* Design and develop web applications according to requirements
* Implement templates and stylesheets
* Provide support to content editors on using the content management system and associated applications
* Maintain technical documentation of the design
The work will be both challenging and rewarding. We need an enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills who can hit the ground running to join our team and take on this important role.
What will the successful candidate be like?
You must hold an IT/web qualification at degree or HND Level.
