1st Line Support - Helpdesk - Maidstone, Kent - £18,000

My client is currently looking for an IT support coordinator to join their IT team to be the first point of contact for internal staff and their branches. You will be in control of the service desk tickets that come in and you will be distributing them out to the correct person within the team to deal with after you have assessed the problem.

Day to day

* Day to day monitoring of the service desk tickets, distributing them out to the relevant members of staff
* Be the first point of contact for support tickets logged by staff, gather information relevant to troubleshooting before distributing
* Be the point of contact for the business for scheduled maintenance and unexpected downtime incidents

Skills required

* 1 yr+ 1st Line support experience
* Windows 7 upwards
* Support of MS Office 2010 upwards
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Highly organised
* Ability to give excellent customer service to all staff members
* Any recent IT qualification's are highly desirable
