Service Desk Analyst - 1st/2nd Line Support - £17,000 - £22,000|
Leading UK charity organisation based near Salisbury
We are working with one of the UK's most well-known and respected charity organisations. They are seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst / IT Support Analyst to work within their internal IT support team.
The team environment is professional but relaxed and the company have a friendly and approachable work ethic.
The ideal candidate will be able to respond to user requests in order to diagnose, categorise and prioritise incidents effectively and efficiently to ensure as many incidents are resolved at first point of contact. The role requires delivery of high customer service in a 1st/2nd line role whom can demonstrate the ability to manage and coordinate day to day priorities which the team prides itself on.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Windows 7 and 8.
- Supporting Microsoft Office products.
- In depth knowledge of PC and laptop hardware and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience of Active Directory Administration.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and procedures.
- Experience working with IT service desk systems.
