Expanding company are seeking a National Sales and Marketing Manager, specialising in Industrial HVAC based in the Midlands.|
THE COMPANY - NATIONAL SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER - INDUSTRIAL HVAC
*This medium sized and well respected company designs, manufactures and installs temperature control and air handling systems for large space industrial and warehouse buildings.
*The solutions are sold mainly to industrial end users typically in Pharma, Food and Process industries and it specialises in energy saving, green solutions.
THE ROLE - NATIONAL SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER - INDUSTRIAL HVAC
*Reporting to Director level, working alongside the existing Sales Manager.
*Selling bespoke temperature control solutions into End Users and Consultants throughout the UK.
*Focused primarily on new business sales, with an aspect of account management.
*Working alongside the Managing Director and the PR team to increase their marketing activities. Will include direct marketing, exhibitions, and networking.
THE PERSON - NATIONAL SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER - INDUSTRIAL HVAC
*Good track record in an External Sales position. Must be able to demonstrate growth and how this was achieved.
*Experience in Industrial Cooling, or Heating solutions for Warehouse/industrial applications.
*Understanding, or experience of marketing techniques in business.
*Full UK driving license.
*BEng, HNC or HND in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent discipline would be beneficial. However, demonstrating Technical Sales ability within HVAC would be preferred.
*Existing customers with End Users and Consultants would be distinct advantage.
THE PACKAGE - NATIONAL SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER - INDUSTRIAL HVAC
Basic salary c£50k, negotiable with bonus, car, and additional company benefits on offer.
THE LOCATION - NATIONAL SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER - INDUSTRIAL HVAC
Calling on customers nationally. However, you must be comfortable commuting to their office approx. 2 days per week in the West Midlands. Ideal locations include: Birmingham, West Bromwich, Walsall, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton, Kidderminster, Redditch, Coventry, Worcester, Tamworth, Rugby, Leicester, Derby, Shrewsbury, Northampton, Stoke-on-Trent, Nottingham.
