CNC Machinist/ Programmer required. Our client is a specialist designer and manufacturer of bespoke fabrications who are looking to expand their team after a period of sustained growth. The ideal CNC Machinist / Programmer will be based in and around the Oxford area.|
The CNC Machinist/ Programmer will be responsible for programming, setting and operating the CNC machinery in order to produce high quality components in a busy environment.
It is expected the successful CNC Machinist / Programmer will be able to work under minimal supervision while producing complex components, will have proven previous experience and be keen to progress and grow with the company.
Experience of CAD/CAM software would be a significant advantage.
CNC Machinist/ Programmer Overview
CNC programming and operating in order to produce high quality components through the use of 3-5 Multi axis machines & high speed turning tools. Programming of CNC machines both offline and online.
CNC Machinist/ Programmer Position Requirements
* Proven experience with programming and operation of CNC machinery
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Willing to work varying shifts
* High quality workmanship
* Experience of CAD/CAM would be a significant advantage.
CNC Machinist/ Programmer Position Remuneration
* 25 day's holiday + Bank holidays
* Salary £11-£14 p/h dependent upon experience
* Overtime available
