Service Desk Analyst / £110 - £120 per day / 6 Months / Manchester
Our client is looking to bring on board a strong customer focused support analyst to work on an initial 6 month contract on site in Manchester. As the successful candidate you will be providing daily IT Software/Hardware support for all internal users and supporting the helpdesk function via call logging and escalation.

The successful candidate should have the following expertise, knowledge and skills:
  • Excellent customer service skills - Both on the phone and face to face
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills for answering technical questions, and user follow-up.
  • Understanding of Call handling, prioritisation and call escalations.
  • Ability to work well in a team whilst under pressure
  • Understanding of call logging systems
  • Basic Knowledge of Active Directory - Password resets/Group membership etc
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Knowledge of Windows O/S
  • Commercial service desk experience
  • Experience in use of SAP is desirable
  • Call Logging in a Service Desk environment
  • Data input
  • Administration
  • Email management
  • Dealing with internal managers at varying levels
  • Request management
