Primary Purpose of the Role
Due to recent business expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen within the TLD Systems Engineering Capabilities and consulting team to provide training consultancy, design and delivery worldwide in all aspects of Systems Engineering (ideally with a background in hardware), covering conceptual design, architecture, detailed design, development, integration and testing, delivery, support, maintenance and disposal.
This role offers the successful candidate an all round training opportunity, with aspects of Design, Delivery and Consultancy. You will have the opportunity to visit customer sites, so travel around the UK, Europe and worldwide are all likely to be required
You will work as a Consultant to Customers in assessing staff systems/software engineering technical competencies, devising learning interventions that map to their job roles and business engineering competence strategic development needs. You will be given the opportunity to continuously update personal skills and knowledge on new and emerging systems/software engineering areas, techniques and technologies in order to support future delivery of training in these areas.
