SUMMARY: Perform diversified administrative and clerical functions under the supervision of an Accounting / Finance Manager or Director. The position may support one or more managers.

HOURS: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


Perform electronic billing transactions, invoice entry and account/ vendor setup.

Work with all stake holders to ensure electronic invoices are efficiently and successfully processed into the various customer electronic portals.

Work with stake holders to resolve invoice and purchase order issues.

Perform transactions, coordinate data, projects, or accounts of a highly specialized, advanced, or sensitive nature.

Provide general administrative assistance and support to assigned managers.

Prepares correspondence, presentations, and reports.

Handles customer relations activities as needed.

Fulfills information requests and other inquiries from field personnel and customers.

Coordinate meetings, travel, expense processing and other related tasks

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Any additional education / certifications are a plus
  • 2 years of previous Administrative experience
  • Prior experience in a Finance/Accounting function preferred
  • Must demonstrate a good knowledge of administrative and clerical best practices and office procedures
  • Proficient MS Office skills required, working knowledge on-line accounting systems preferred.
