If you are an energetic, outgoing person who loves to meet new people and wants to start a career in sales, this is an excellent opportunity! We are a dynamic, fast-growing company looking to add to our full-time business development team. In this role, you will assist the Outside sales team by contacting prospective businesses, qualifying them as a prospective customer and arranging a meeting with one of our consultants. You'll be trained on our proven system that takes the "cold" out of the calling and makes the job fun and easy! Plus, this role has a high earning potential for the right, driven NA include:- 9 calls per hour minimum to prospective business clients for the purpose of setting qualified appointments with decision makers.- Entry of all call activity into our CRM tool.- Coordinate appointments with assigned Account Manager.- Identify decision makers in target organizations.- Follow-up with prospects and manage a lead NA Demonstrated ability to exceed established performance targets.- Exceptional communication skills and telephone personality; high energy.- Highly motivated 'self-starter' with a strong work ethic.- Previous experience in an outbound, B2B cold-calling environment (desired but not necessary).We offer:- Performance incentives beyond base pay- Excellent benefits package- Dynamic, fast-paced work environment- TrainingNOTE: This is a FULL-TIME position and is INSIDE SALES only!
