Your new company
Your new employer are a large organisation based on the south coast of England spanning between Hove and Shoreham. They have a commercial portfolio of currently over 70 mixed use properties with a range of tenants both locally based small scale right up to large corporate well -known names. They operate as a trust, and as such, reinvest any profits back into the organisation, giving them a family feel with excellent staff retention rates and an enviable atmosphere amongst their 100 strong team.

Your new role
As a result of an internal promotion, the role of property manager has become available. You will be responsible for around 100 units, with the large majority being tenanted. These properties include storage units, small industrial units, a business centre and office retail buildings. You challenges in the role will include juggling a number of different tenant calls and dealing with multiple enquiries whilst maintaining exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with the diverse and demanding tenants. You will essentially manage the estate, including health and safety checks, utilities liaison, and obviously carry out an extensive reports and scheduling. You will conduct viewings, give presentations, deal with rent renewals, leases, lettings and a vast range of other activities as required.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be degree qualified with some solid previous experience in a similar role. Commercial property management experience is essential. You should have an assertive and robust personality, be thick-skinned, confident, outgoing and above all have a can do attitude to continue the exceptional customer services levels initiated by the existing property manager. Team work and the ability to multitask should be demonstrated and evidenced clearly with a driving license, own transport, and Microsoft office skills a must. Finally you will ideally be first aid trained with availability to attend interviews on the 27 th or 28 th October.
