Project Manager - Newcastle
As a Project Manager with GHD you will enjoy a pivotal role in the delivery of major initiatives as well as maintaining and growing client relationships. This position will see you managing projects across a variety of disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.

Critical to your success will be a Project Management background with solid experience working on buildings, education and health projects.

To be considered for this opportunity you should hold Degree qualifications in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management. You will possess between 5-10 years' experience in a similar role and demonstrate experience and strong knowledge in the following areas:
  • Administration of common construction contracts including GC21, AS4000 or similar
  • Experience in the buildings or property sector
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience working with clients, directly or as part of a team
  • Tender process, design management, contract administration, procurement, project coordination and managing client relationships
  • Project and business management support (capability definition, execution of project plans)
  • Financial and risk management plans
  • Preparation of project documentation and reports
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills including liaison, negotiation, consultation, conflict resolution and leadership
  • Business development relating to promoting, positioning and pursuing opportunities
  • Leadership in developing projects drawing on the diverse range of GHD technical disciplines
