Job Description:

Admin/Charter Clerk - Contract PURPOSE: To assist and complement all aspects of office operation, which may include Custom and Conventional duties, and/or data entry operations for the Whitby Location. RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be able to work without supervision Provide clerical assistance and completion of reports for Location Managers Book charters Will include data entry into First Canada programs such as PeopleSoft, Focus Maintenance of records and files and performance of General office duties. Possibility of managing dispatch, route coverage, using two-way radio Flexible work hours to meet operational needs as required Additional projects and duties as assigned Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills. Other related duties may not be limited to the above. EDUCATION: Minimum Grade 12 High School Graduation Diploma preferred Proficiency with Excel, Word EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills requiredAbility to organize and prioritize integral to this positionKnowledge of Durham Region and GTA required.
