Landmark Capital Ltd is searching for Licensed Mortgage Agents who would like to specialize in mortgage investments. All real-estate/development investment opportunities are located within the GTA and Surrounding area. Experience is an asset but not absolutely required. Applicant should have excellent communication skills, be professional and presentable, with a superior attention to detail. An existing network of clients would be a definite asset. Applicant must be confident, assertive, and have a strong work ethic. Excellent time management skills, must be self motivated, and able to work with little supervision. Duties and requirements would be to attend all training sessions, work from our head office a minimum of 2-3 days per week. Report weekly activity to Vice President. Work with your existing network, build a new network of potential investors. Actively work on business development to build an extensive network of referral partners. Selected applicants will have access to office space, boardroom, support from administrative staff, and training and support from Vice Presidents Team. Marketing costs, business cards provided. Successful applicants will have the ability to manage their own portfolio of investors, and essentially run their own business. This is a commission based position, thus a successful applicant must be self motivated! The potential to earn $100,000 plus annually is easily attainable for an agent with a strong work ethic.
