The Position:We are currently expanding our sales team and looking for capable, competent, and highly motivated individuals. Representatives will generate sales through leads which we will provide. There are opportunities to take on more responsibility and quickly grow into leadership positions. We are currently working with the nation's leading TELECOMMUNICATIONS organization on a marketing campaign where we are searching for our next sales superstarComprehensive training of product and industry will be provided. Regardless of college major or professional experience, nearly 100% of our full-time team members start out in our Training Program. This allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and understand how they play a significant role in seeing it NA'll learn valuable business skills from capable mentors who were once in your shoes. We promote from within; nearly 100% of all our managers and corporate executives started in an entry level role and grew with our NA you progress, you will be tested and evaluated to determine your proficiency in these areas. Successful completion of these tests and evaluations will result in rewards, increased compensation and the opportunity for continued NA'll gain the responsibilities of developing new business and maintaining current relationships utilizing the sales skills you are NA will teach you how to effectively communicate, influence and interact with all types of customers, vendors and co-workers. You'll learn proper sales techniques, problem solving and conflict management.
