They are now looking to recruit a Maintenance Technician who will join their 180 strong team in Lincoln, the role will involve the hands on electrical & mechanical maintenance of the machines ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is completed.

The role of Maintenance Technician (Multi-Skilled) will involve:
This role will involve the maintenance of all machinery on site.
The machinery on site includes automated welding machines for both plastic and aluminum products and CNC cutting machinery.
Electrical maintenance will involve fault finding on 3 phase systems and electrical cabinet work, some of the main issues they face are around sensors, cards, wiring and switches.
Mechanical work will involve replacing cutter blades, bearings, motors and shafts.
At the moment the environment is around 75% reactive.
The plant runs 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
To be successful as a Maintenance Technician (multi-skilled) you will need:
Ideally an electrical qualification e.g. Apprenticeship, HND/HNC, ONC, City & Guilds or NVQ.
Experience fault finding and diagnosing electrical & mechanical issues on different machinery, this could be from any kind of industry however if you have previous experience working on CNC machinery this would be highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills.
