Customer Service Officer- Social Housing (Temporary 3 months)
One of our social housing clients are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team on a temporary 3 month basis based in West London.
This role will be based within my clients busy call centre and will involve fully engaging with residents, clients and third parties via telephone, email and face to face.
The successful candidate will manage a varied range of enquiries related to tenancy and housing related management issues, repair related queries such as responsive repairs or planned maintenance, reports of nuisance or anti-social behaviour, people moving home, advice on rent accounts, payment methods and welfare benefits available. Candidates will ideally have good knowledge of social housing and have worked in a customer service role for at least 12 months. The successful candidate will be required to use in-house data bases and similar IT packages (Excel).
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service - Experience of using in-house data bases (e.g. Contact Manager / Excel)
- NVQ Level 3 in customer care/services - Experience of providing tenancy and repairs related service to tenants - DBS

Please note your availability to interview on your application. This role is working Monday- Friday 8.30am-5.30pm (37.5hrs) with 30 minutes lunch break and comfort breaks.
