Are you a qualified Electrician looking for a new position with one of Wiltshire's most established contractors?|
My client, Wheeler?s (Westbury) Ltd, was established in 1979 and operates from its headquarters on the West Wilts Trading Estate. From here they cover the South West of England, servicing a number of existing and new customers on a daily basis.
The company has steadily grown over the last 30 years, and now has nearly 100 permanent employees, many of whom have been with the business for a number of years having started as apprentices. The company?s main priority has always been to offer a professional, personal service with client satisfaction at the forefront.
They are a long-standing and accredited member of many industry organisations such as NICEIC, Gas Safe, NSI, BAFE, CHAS and Construction Line (the UK register of pre-qualified contractors).
Wheeler?s has a number of divisions within the business including Electrical, Mechanical/Plumbing, Fire Alarm and Security Systems and Maintenance.
The work they undertake varies from domestic installations to more complex and sophisticated commercial and industrial systems. They design, commission and manage a wide range of projects.
Due to continued growth they are now looking to recruit several Electricians for their electrical division on a permanent basis.
* Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship Scheme / Indentures (or AM2) & City & Guilds 2360 or NVQ Level 3 electrical installation.
* City & Guilds 2380/2381 (IEE Wiring Regs - 17th Edition) or JIB Card - Electrician (Must include IEE Wiring Regs 17th Edition)
* City & Guilds 2391 Inspection, Testing and Certification (Advantageous)
The positions come with a competitive hourly rate and benefits include a company vehicle, 20 days holiday, pension and ongoing training where required. There is also overtime available on a regular basis, which is paid at a premium rate
