Air Conditioning Bias Building Services Engineer|
£30,000 - £38,000 depending on qualifications and experience working with commercial Chillers.
Mobile, London and Home Counties.
We have teamed up with medium size maintenance organisation who supply a full M&E service to commercial contracts and specialise in Air Conditioning. We are looking for recruit an Air Conditioning Engineer to work on a mobile basis on contracts predominantly based in London, but will be stretching to the Home Counties when required.
This company have around 50 to 60 engineers on their books with most engineers working mobile. The role will involve the maintenance of VRV's, VAV's, splits and depending on your technical ability and experience, Chillers. Working Monday to Friday 8 until 5.
We looking for an engineer who has a flexible attitude and a passion for going the extra mile for both the company and the client. This position is for an engineer who has the drive to achieve what needs to be done. There are times when the role can be challenging and the right engineer must be able to deal with high pressure situations and challenging clients.
The minimum requirements for the position are up to a level 3 NVQ or City & guilds in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and an F-Gas Certificates. Any manufacturer training course will be desirable and will result in achieving a higher salary banding.
To qualify for the lower band you will need to possess a good, working knowledge of general HVAC maintenance, including splits, VRV's and VAV's. To qualify for the higher bracket; good experience working with all of the above is required, but also good experience working with commercial chillers.
