Software Support Analyst / Application Support

One of the UK's leading software companies is looking for a support analyst to join a busy and growing team, providing support for a number of enterprise scale software applications with thousands of users across multiple locations. This company offer fast progression for ambitious candidates.

Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire

£20,000 - £30,000 + pension + bonus + 25 days holiday and more

Skills - Desirable (but not essential)

• Customer service experience
• Software application support
• Strong problem solving skills
• Basic MS SQL Server / SQL

The Role

Working from their International HQ in Milton Keynes, you will join a team of 6 Application Support Analysts who currently deal with all application problems for the entire customer base. You will determine priorities for action and resolution in line with the Support Manager, and manage customer expectations regarding timelines and complexity of resolutions. You will liaise with Account Managers / Project Managers regarding client issues and implications, and escalate calls in line with SLAs to other technical teams in the business. All Application Support Analysts manage their own call list and therefore you must be proactive and demonstrate resilience under pressure.
