ITIL Service Desk Team Leader - Liverpool

A leading IT services organisation is seeking an ITIL focused service desk team leader to join their team based in Liverpool. The role will involve continuing to implement the ITIL practises while overseeing a small service desk team of 1st and 2nd line support engineer. The position is still a technical role and the candidate will be required to provide support during busy times.

Role Responsibilities;

* Ensuring ITIL principles are being adhered to
* Accountable for the delivery of Root Cause Analysis and problem resolution activities within the IT team
* Ensuring all incidents and service requests meet the required SLA
* Work closely with the customer base to streamline services in line with ITIL
* Help with all level of service desk support for customers when required

Technical requirements;

* Windows Server OS 2008 and 2012 support
* Active Directory
* Knowledge of Exchange (2010 & 2013)
* Knowledge of Sharepoint (2007 - 2013) and Lync products
* Anti-Virus Software

Person specification;

* ITIL foundation certification
* Must have previous experience working in an ITIL-focused service delivery team
