I have a client based near Brentwood who is looking for 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer who has experience with Helpdesk, 1st line Support, 2nd line, Network, DNS, Software, Hardware and Cloud knowledge on a Permanent basis.
Our Client is offering the successful 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer a salary up to £22,000 based on experience.
Skills and Experience Required
* Call Logging and Escalating Calls
* Good Troubleshooting skills
* Hardware & Software Knowledge
* Cloud Knowledge
* Network Support
* Excellent communication and people skills is a must for this role as a lot of phone support is needed.
