We are looking for an IT Development Analyst to join the IT Team to support innovation and leverage current iOS investment.
This is a key strategic role within the organisation and will suit an ambitious and confident IT professional with sound business acumen. You'll be given real responsibility to shape IT strategy and the opportunity to implement technologies which will make a real difference.
will include but will not be limited to :
Being a key contributor to the design and architecture of cutting edge user experience
Assisting with pushing the companys iOS application to the next level
Driving complex projects from scratch to completion, from the framework level to the GUI application
Key Skills and Experience
Experience of the full software development lifecycle (i.e. having worked on project roles at conception, design, delivery and subsequent stages);
Experience of scoping out IT projects and delivering business systems
Exposure to working with DMS, finance and payroll systems will be an advantage.
The ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Manage the project scope and maintain project documentation.
Actively manage the Risk & Opportunity Management process for the project ensuring the development and implementation of appropriate mitigation activity.
Report project status through Senior Management and Customer reviews, ensuring the development and implementation of recovery plans where necessary.
Act as the main point of contact for customer stakeholders, satisfying customer requirements, building strong relationships and developing opportunities for increased business.
Ensure "Lessons Learned Management" is applied to all projects, entailing application of lessons from other projects and capturing lessons learned on specific projects under your control.
Proven strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Proven self-management and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent problem solving NA to travel.
solid background in IT with a sound commercial awareness
Self-motivated and able to achieve deadlines and work independently
Comfortable putting forward your own ideas, with strong customer focus.
Solid communication skills and team-working capability
Positive and logical approach together with willingness to learn.
Attention to detail and a passion for quality
You'll be a strong communicator and have a deep interest in technology that goes beyond the workplace.
