IT Service Desk Analyst - Sheffield, South Yorkshire - Permanent.

We are working with a large Sheffield based organisation who are looking for 'Service Centric' Service Desk Analyst to join a very busy IT Service Desk.

As Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for the support and management of a large number of requests on a daily basis. This will be via a number of different sources, including telephone, email and a chat function.

We are looking for someone with experience of working on a large, busy Service Desk who is technically capable, however, more important is a real customer service champion.

The Service Desk Champion must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

* Previous experience of working on a large Service Desk.
* Experience of ITIL or working within an ITIL aligned environment.
* Experience of using a IT Service Management Solution.
* Excellent customer service / management skills.

Technical Skills

* Windows
* Active Directory
* Exchange
* ITIL knowledge or accreditations advantageous
