Days and Nights Shift Pattern
Production Manager position available in a well-established company investing heavily in the facility. The role will suit those looking for a progressive role that will grow and change due to succession planning. The company have just embarked on a 5 year investment and development plan, this is a new role along with a number of others created due to growth.
You must be happy to work a shift pattern consisting of days and nights. The first week will be Monday 8am to 6pm, Tuesday to Thursday 6am - 6pm and Friday 6am - 12pm. The 2nd week will be 5am to 6pm Monday to Thursday.
Reporting into the Overall Production Manager, this is a challenging role where you will be part of a team responsible for improving processes, procedures and productivity. The director team want an individual who can being ideas and work with them to achieve excellence in manufacturing. The company have a business plan in place and can only do it with a couple of determined leaders.
To apply for the role you need to have experience as a production/manufacturing manager in a medium/heavy industry.
You'll play a key part in the structure and shape of the production department. You need to have experience of modern manufacturing techniques, can lead a team within a fast paced environment and driven to achieve results. Your job is to ensure smooth running of production, monitor and plan schedules, participate in training, work closely with engineering to overcome production downtime and most importantly drive change in a positive way.
This is a role where you can achieve results and progress within the company. Due to restructure, investment and pending retirement's opportunities for career development will be available.
