Accountable for success delivery of one or more brakes components by leading engineering teams/activities that might be across departments
Specify technical specifications for specified components
Contribute with suppliers selections and manage relationships with them to ensure on time program deliveries
Status reporting to management
Plan design and development plans for specified components or features
Design verifications plans
Issues managements & Resolutions
Parts supply management for prototypes builds
Supply management for production line trials
Components Lunch on volume production



Degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Production Engineering
Knowledge of Braking or Chassis Hydraulic systems would be advantageous


Proven experience of multi-disciplinary Team leadership (minimum 1 year in a role of this type)
Involvement in project management of introduction of externally sourced components or systems into volume production
Background with mechanical engineering (Preferred Automotive)
Knowledge about passenger cars chassis components
Comprehensive ability to work with MS Office applications and manage large numbers of records in different formats
development and verification of a complex vehicle programme
