Magnum Trailer & Equipment Inc. is looking for an experienced, innovative Director of Sales and Marketing to report directly to the President and CEO, and lead Magnum Accessories' commercial efforts. Responsibilities:Develop and implement an effective strategy for developing business and achieving the company's sales objectives for Magnum's Accessory DivisionCreate and implement a marketing plan for the Accessories DivisionWork closely with OEM truck manufacturers (Volvo, Freightliner) to develop/ leverage digital marketing promotional materialsBuild ,coach, mentor, and lead a team of sales representatives to successful reach/exceed monthly and annual targetsDefine sales processes and implement an effective CRM program that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and leading sales teams to grow revenue and profit in multi channel B2B environments, preferably in the Transportation or parts Manufacturing industry)Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, MBA and / or engineering background preferredAbility to travel - The position will require up to 50% travel over the yearExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with keen business acumenTeam player with the ability to promote and support Magnum's core values
