An amazing opportunity has arisen for an Associate Building Surveyor within a leading provider of property and construction surveying. My client provides Building Surveying, Project management, Employers agent, Quantity Surveying, to meet their clients' needs and objectives.
My Client is seeking a further Associate Building Surveyor whose primary responsibility will be to deliver 'second to none' Building Surveying Services to my client's residential property portfolio and their separate commercial clients.
The position reports to the Director of Building Surveying but will work and liaise closely with the property management and accounts department.
The Right Associate Building Surveyor will have a Chartered qualification e.g. MRICS/FRICS (or close to completion). The Associate Building Surveyor must have excellent work ethic and be comfortable with facing clients. Beneficial for this position is the ability to write quotations.
The successful candidate will undertake 100% client care and will have a wide variety of day to day duties; these include but are not limited to;
* Defects Analysis,
* Professional Matters (Party Walls, Dilapidations, etc.),
* Finance, (budget costings, valuations and account negotiations), support and training will be provided.
* Alterations, Health & Safety,
