CIAT Ozonair offers a wide range of products in the fields of air conditioning, heating, refrigeration and air handling and provides expert guidance in sustainable solutions for comfort, air quality and energy optimisation. CIAT part of United Technologies Corp is now seeking to recruit a Head of UK Sales who is ideally but not essentially based in the South East.
You will need to possess a proven sales management/supervisor background in HVAC specifically the AHU and Chiller market.
The role objectives are to develop and monitor the sales strategy for CIAT in the UK, identify and develop New Business Opportunities and grow the sales of finished goods as well as service/refurbishment opportunities. Responsibilities will also include ensuring that the distribution network is supported fully and has the tools to grow, developing the CIAT business by implementing strategy to gain specification through the Consultant, Main Contractor & M&E markets as well as capturing direct sales through the installing contractor, maximising Market Share and increase sales revenue whilst controlling margin and working in conjunction with the Pre-Sales manager to ensure that the sales team is fully supported.
You will be a proven Sales Management Professional with a technical understanding of HVAC, particularly the Chiller and AHU markets. You will be a High Achiever with a positive approach, the necessary credibility to influence key decision makers/ motivate the sales team and strong commercial acumen.
UTC has exciting growth plans for CIAT and we therefore seek a talented Sales Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Modernisation Sales Engineer, National Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager or Head of Sales who can work closely with the Directors to drive forward the development of our UK market share.
