Our client is exclusively recruiting for control systems engineers for our prestigious client who designs, develops and sells award winning products globally. Ideally you will be either an early career candidate looking to progress or an experienced engineer with an excellent knowledge of control theory to work with the technical leads on the design and development of control systems. The design and development of control systems to support new and existing equipment and products.
Tuning, analysis and debugging of control systems.
Participate in project and team reviews
Preparation and development of documentation for new systems to help with maintenance of software.
Using version control systems and implementing them in embedded hardware.
Establishing test plans to develop a profile of expected results to be able to help build robust software and hardware systems.
Identify potential risks that may impact equipment performance and make proposals and recommendations for solutions to these.
Ideally, excellent software programming knowledge in C, C# Firmware, GUI Development XAML, Visual Studio, Version Control GIT, Microsoft, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Preferred, excellent knowledge electronics design and PCB layout (Altium Designer preferred) and nonlinear and adaptive control techniques.
Model and problem solving optimization, knowledge of Matlab/Simulink.
Good people skills, enthusiasm and a team player and can-do attitude.
