Responsibilities for this Position:

We are actively seeking an Entry Level Electrical Engineer for our growing backlog of exciting programs.

The Entry Level Electrical Engineer is responsible for participating in electrical requirement analysis, functional analysis, performance analysis (e.g. timing, power, etc.), design and verification of electrical components, equipment and systems under direct supervision.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Apply principles and techniques of Electrical Engineering.
  • Perform electrical engineering root cause analysis for electrical issues, conduct experimental tests, evaluate results to formulate and implement solutions to issues under direct supervision of the lead hardware engineer.
  • Participate in internal electrical reviews of electrical components, equipment and systems.
  • Review vendor capability to support product development.
  • Apply a basic understanding of the organizationally defined electrical processes used throughout the life-cycle of the program or project.
  • Support the generation of technical engineering products by using the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the electrical development life cycle.

Basic Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, systems engineering, a related technical field, or the equivalent experience is required.
  • Basic understanding of electrical engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
  • Basic understanding of electrical engineering processes.
  • Use of electrical engineering CAD tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficient in electrical engineering design tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Creative thinker.
  • Ability to recognize and clearly report information relevant to sound electrical engineering design.
  • Must be capable of obtaining a U.S. issued Security Clearance
