We support our employees globally by coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of General Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Marketing and Information Technology. Job Summary
  • Manage, improve and modify workflow to maximize operational efficiency and optimize the use of company resources
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties provide administration services
  • Propose and implement administration policies and guidelines to enable smooth business operations
  • Work closely with administration manager (AM) to oversee daily operations of the department and suggest improvement solutions to AM
  • Responsible for expenses and budget control, fixed assets control and assist in annual budget planning
  • Regularly review vendor agreements and look for cost effective solutions
  • Negotiate with vendors to explore for possibilities to better collaboration
  • Assist business lines in organizing various internal and external corporate events and activities

Minimum Requirements
  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Min. 10 years relevant experience in sizable organization of which min. 3 years in supervisory role
  • Good knowledge on various commodities including building & facilities, office supplies, printing and stationery, delivery and fleet management, events management and document control, central purchasing and tendering service.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills as a key team driver and team player
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, and well-organized, sensitive to figures, budgets, and deadlines
  • Strong personal drive, commitment to quality and integrity
