Job Summary
AECOM has an exciting opportunity for a Virtual Recruiter to join its team to provide full life-cycle recruiting support for our Systems Engineering and Information Solutions business unit. The selected candidate will support programs located throughout southern Maryland, VA and other locations as required. Prefer candidates local to area to support meetings and hiring events as needed.

You will be part of a team of recruiters providing support to a dynamic, fast-paced business unit supporting multiple government contracts.

You will use your creativity and market knowledge to work with hiring managers to determine a recruitment strategy for their individual hiring needs.

You will be expected to successfully manage a high number of requisitions on a weekly basis and fill positions with quality candidates in a timely manner.

Creatively identify�qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting sources including, but not limited to the internal Applicant Tracking System, internet sources, professional associations, and internal and external job fairs.

Prequalify and submit a diverse slate of candidates to hiring managers for further consideration/selection for interview process.

Additional responsibilities: prepare job postings, extend offer letters in conjunction with HR representatives. Maintain applicant flow data for AAP; identify diversity outreach agencies; manage candidate activity through the applicant tracking system and/or resume database; maintain metrics related to the recruitment function. Develop or research new innovative recruiting approaches; generally assist in all aspects of recruiting however needed.

Leverage strong communication/collaboration skills to build strong cross-functional partnerships to support the business demands effectively.

The position will require overtime including occasional weekend hours and periodic travel.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and at least 3 years of job-related experience or equivalent. Must have in-house technical recruiting experience. Recent recruiting experience in a challenging, government contracting environment is required. The ability to interact with all levels of the organization to successfully manage customer relationships is required. Experience working with automated applicant tracking systems required, Kenexa Brass Ring experience preferred.
Experience recruiting for positons requiring high clearance levels is desired.
OFCCP knowledge is required.

Special Skills: Advanced internet recruiting skills and experience. Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills are a must to be successful. Strong customer service skills are a must. Strong business acumen, follow through and attention to detail is a must.
Position may require the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
Must have current Government Contracting experience.
