Job Description:

POSITION TITLE: Sales Manager / Client Development REPORTING TO: President LOCATION: Downtown, and Home OVERVIEW: Client Development Manager responsible for B2B business generation. CORE DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY: Email or call companies directly to arrange a face to face meeting Proactively identify and implement business-building initiatives that contribute towards the achievement of increased sales and superior business results Client relationship management where you are entitled to an ongoing percentage of repeat business Conduct needs analysis with client prospects and provide proposals to improve talent identification and candidate quality. Manage client relationships, understand their challenges and develop solutions to meet their needs Communicate with research and marketing team, as well as frequent discussions with the President Ensure high level of customer responsiveness Gather effective client intelligence and report same to internal team members so company can anticipate client's short and long term human capital requirements. Other administration duties as required EXPERIENCE/INTERESTS: Excellent customer relationship management skills combined with a strong ability to forge long lasting relationships Confident, driven and competitive person, with Infectious enthusiasm Strong selling and negotiating skills with proven ability to "close the deal" Proven leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate, influence and coach others Excellent oral presentation and interpersonal skills Interest in the Commercial Real Estate industry in an account leadership role is a great asset Client Database management software understanding COMPENSATION: Time & Materials plus project management bonuses.
