Job Description:

Set-up and operate 3-axis CNC milling machinesSet up machines to ensure equipment operates at acceptable standards for the type of tool being usedProvide verification of dimensions of machined parts using precision measuring instrumentsEnsure work piece dimensions are correct and to the established tolerance criteria; Measure, examine & test completed parts; Identify defects and ensure conformance to specifications and blueprintsResponsible to keep equipment and work area clean & orderly; Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipmentPerforms all duties as assigned in accordance with and adherence to the TS 16949 Quality System StandardPerforms all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all health, safety, 5S and Housekeeping guidelines and rules;

1. Preparation and Confidence

Come prepared, and check off the questions as they are answered for you
