Job Description:

Location: Nanticoke, ON, CANDuration: 1+ MonthsGeneral Description:• Temporary worker will be entirely responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities of the plant and the distribution at the site.• This will include typical secretarial and receptionist duties in addition to the support personnel at all NA Required:• Very good interpersonal skills and capable of interacting with a diverse team of people with various backgrounds• Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office products. SAP experience is a plus• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.• Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.• Resourcefulness and flexibility.• High level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion.• Detail oriented• Ability to work independently.• Excellent verbal and written communications skills• Confident, personable, professional, and diplomatic• Responsive and positive work attitude is essential.• Customer Service oriented• MS Office (basic to intermediate knowledge)Duties & Responsibilities:• Receive and screen all inbound telephone calls, e-mails and visitors to the executive office; refer and/or redirect calls, e-mails, or visitors as applicable• Receive and distribute plant incoming/outgoing mail and handle incoming/outgoing couriers• Complete and file distribution documentation associated with product deliveries, trip closings and processing shippers. This includes resolving any customer delivery documentation issues (quantity or quality related) and assisting with any internal or external inventory audits.• Assist site personnel in organizing training sessions, safety meetings, social events and other meetings as required (make copies, locate and prepare materials, coordinate/arrange meeting facilities, etc.) Follow up after meetings to complete associated data entry and filing.• Maintain distribution files and purchasing files• Assist in resolving purchasing order and payment problems with suppliers and contractors in a timely manner.• Arrange for material to go back to suppliers for exchange, repair, over shipments, etc. Including coordinating customs paperwork.• Other duties as NA:• High school diploma
