Currently, we are recruiting an Accounts Recievable Administrator for our Corporate Office in Atlanta, GA. This position is primarily responsible for performing cash application processing, ensuring timeliness and accuracy, and reconciliation of cash receipts to the daily bank report for high volume accounts recievable department.
Cash Applications- Key lockboxes, credit cards, branch deposits & ACH/Wire payments
Apply customer account adjustments against predetermined chart of account
Inter company adjustments (4312, 10629, & 134686)
Daily invoicing processing-assist with mailing when required
Monthly statements processing & assist with mailing
Monthly service charge processing
UC UD & short payment research
Credit application- processing
Reception switchboard support

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
High School diploma or equivalent education.
Minimum two years experience in accounts recievable/ cash applications
Proficient in data entry and 10 key
Processing credit applications, posting accounts recievable adjustments, customer refunds, performing due diligence on customer account short payments, including researching unapplied credits and unauthorized deductions, as well as assisting in special projects and other task directed by manager.
