Project Quantity Surveyor|
I am seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to act as a No2 on a £40mil commercial scheme in London working underneath the lead Senior Quantity Surveyor. There is also a potential option to run an £8mil mixed use scheme in Central London which they are close to landing in the coming weeks.
Both roles are for a respected, leading top 10 regional contractor who's head office is in London with most of their work more in and around the city centre. They have a strong order book with multiple future tender opportunities and are therefore looking to expand their surveying team with good surveyors interesting in an environment which offers career progression and a rewarding culture as well as strong social scene.
* Stable, progressive, reputable contractor
* Clear Route to Senior QS in the future
* Competitive numeration package
* Discretionary bonus scheme
* All travel costs covered
* Training and development on offer and fully supported
* Lead role on the project reporting into a Managing QS
* Full surveying duties
* Overseeing financial KPIs
* Track record of running projects in excess of £5mil or No2 role on a £10mil plus scheme
* Main contracting background, ideally from a top 20 contractor
* Degree qualified (ideally construction related)
* Stable, progressive CV
* Project experience focused on the London region
