The Role: Regional Account Manager

We are searching for consultative, articulate and influential sales professionals who can offer an excellent track record within strategic account growth. Focused on providing solutions tailored to the specific needs of the project, it is essential as the right candidate you are able to communicate effectively and assess the needs of each client. A background in construction and specification sales would be advantageous.
This role will ideally suit a capable construction sales professional who can understand supply chain agreements and build commercially strong relationships at a senior level. Conversant in building regulations and industry news, your ability to sell a concept and not just a product is a must.

Core skills and background include:

• Excellent communication skills
• Solid understanding of the construction process, from design to application
• Articulate and professional
• IT competent i.e. CRM Systems
•Can-do Attitude
• Excellent time / diary management capabilities
• Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
• Ability to hit targets and KPI's
• Strong experience in developing relationships at a senior level
• Prominent organisational and prioritising skills
• NBS Qualified (Desirable)
