A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a "OFSAA developer " to join our team in "Charlotte, NC".

Position Functions or Responsibilities: Developer, Oracle Financial Services Analytical Appliances

JOB SUMMARY: The OFSAA developer will be part of a development team implementing profitability solution using OFSAA Key responsibilities of the developer includes the following:
  • thorough understanding of overall FSDF staging and Fact/Dim data model
  • Build a new datamart using the FSDF data model
  • Create mapping between source data and FSDF Staging and FSDF Staging to FSDF Fact/Dim model
  • Configuration of rules in OFSAA for calculation. Configure FTP rules in OFSAA. Write T2Ts to transform data. Develop procedure using PL/SQL/BTEQ. Understand business requirements and implement technical solution within OFSAA in an efficient way. Test OFSAA configurations and fix defects as appropriate.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues by analyzing OFSAA log files and fixing the issues.
  • Understand complex SQL queries, analyze data related issues and identify root cause of issues / defects. Develop and implement performance optimal system.
  • Maintain the end-to-end OFSAA batch and provide technical 24/7 production support.
  • Excellent writing/verbal communication/presentation skills.
  • Work with offshore team during the project cycle, Set up daily/weekly status meetings

  • 5+ years of Hands-on experience in OFSAA
  • Good expertise in configuring rules in OFSAA
  • Good expertise in building T2T (Table to Table) transformations in OFSAA.
  • 5+ years of experience writing and debugging complex SQL queries and Stored Procedures in Oracle/Teradata database.
  • In-depth understanding of Dimensions, hierarchies and attributes in OFSAA data model.
  • In-depth understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
  • Good understanding of functional aspects of OFSAA data model
  • Working knowledge of OFSAA Run-Rule framework
  • 5+ years of experience working in the financial industry. Flexible in managing competing priorities and objectives.
  • Ability to work independently as needed.
  • Strong team player with a 'can-do' attitude.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5 years experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Appliations (OFSA-OFSAA)
  • 6 years of PL/SQL SQL development experience such as queries and stored procedures
This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
