The Role: Avoka is looking to add a Senior Partner and Strategic Alliances Manager to the team. The successful candidate will work to identify and build new, high-quality strategic alliances with market leading Fintech firms as well as nurture and grow existing relationships. You will act as the central point of comprehensive account knowledge for these partners and ensure joint success through strategic initiatives at the executive level as well as working cross-functionally to drive the value of the partnerships. Major Responsibilities: · Drive new business opportunities across EMEA through new and existing strategic alliances and initiatives · Nurture and grow relationships with assigned Avoka partners · Act as the central point of comprehensive account knowledge for assigned top-tier partners · Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Client Services to drive mutual success of existing and new partnerships · Perform status reviews with top-tier partners and provide internal reports to stakeholders · Solicit partner input, propose, and drive change that fuels revenue growth in support of Avoka's strategic objectives. Establish key metrics with each partner to measure the success of the relationship · Take ownership of key partner related issues in cooperation with internal Avoka departments Minimum Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree or greater · 10+ years of recent experience in partner alliance management with a proven track record of success · Knowledge of strategic alliance development, management principles and processes · Proven experience selling complex SaaS solutions consisting of software, professional services, and maintenance or subscription services · Understanding of enterprise sales and solutions selling · Proven sales bookings quota attainment track record · Experience selling to Fintech innovators and large financial institutions preferred · Ability to travel up to 50% Why Avoka?
