Are you a Clear Route Engineer looking for their next contract? Do you like having a role where you will be both site and office based? If so please read on as Randstad CPE is currently recruiting the above to work on a rail project in Essex!

The client is looking for a P-Way Design / Clear Route Engineer to start immediately. You must be familiar with creating and editing SC0 files, know how to use ClearRoute and be able to upload to the National Gauging Database.
You will be office based Monday to Friday and when working weekends be based on site.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Undertake P-Way design on projects
* Liaise with the client, contractors and design teams
* Produce technical documentation including calculations, reports and specifications
* Produce designer's risk assessments
* Deliver design packages to budget, quality and programme
Candidate Requirements:

* Civil Engineering Degree
* Be able to process surveys and use Microstation/Projectwise/Railtrack and Amberg Rail 3 proficiently
* A working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
* Prior knowledge of track / railway civil engineering surveying
