Defects Quantity Surveyor|
I am seeking a Defects Quantity Surveyor who for a top 20 contractor for a role based out of their head office in Middlesex. They are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is happy to focus on the defects side. You will be responsible for managing projects that have recently been handed over but still require extra work to rectify defects and snagging.
You will be working under a Commercial Manager and will need to raise orders, communicate with the client and manage subcontractors to ensure they get their projects / segment of works up to the required standard. This is a long term position which would suit someone who lives locally and is looking to work in a stable environment while playing a key role in the surveying process.

* Will raise orders and deal with subcontractors directly
* Communicate with the client as well as internally to rectify issues
* Ideally deal with defects in the past
