Construction Manager - £250 a day - Central London
An experienced Construction Manager is required to oversee fit out packages on a £15m Commercial cut & carve refurbishment project in Shoreditch. The scheme has already been on site for just under a year and consists of major structural alterations & fit out to an exisiting 8 story building for a blue chip developer. The project is due for completion in Q2 2017. The successful candidate must have experience of cut & carve refurbishment & ideally would have experience working for leading Main Contractors or specialist Fit Out / Refurbishment Contractors.
Reporting to a site based Senior Project Manager on site to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Project Manager will also liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
