My client is a well respected national contractor based in Berkshire with a fantastic track record of successful projects with a variety of clients and all diffrent forms of contracts. They cover a variety of sectors including education, commerical, health care and industrial schemes. The value of contracts range from £5 million to £50 Million and they operate within a geographical area of Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Surrey.
They are seeking a Project Manager to manage a high end package on a large office block in Slough. This project is a multi storey steel and RC frame structure and has a long period of work due to the size of the package. The main duties will be delivering the main hall and atrium area which is of a particularly high spec. You will be expected to work along both the design and main programme to keep the project on time with the tight schedule. The ideal candidate would have proven track record managing similar contracts across the similar or the same sectors.
* Been involved in contracts upto £10-£20 Million
* Previous experience working on education and commercial schemes
* Experience working with similar or same clients
* Hardworking and dedicated
* Working within a team on large schemes or idependently
* Experience using programming software ( Power Point / Microsoft)
* Strong organisational skill with a strong methodical approach
* Strong knowledge of the construction process
* Relevant qualifications i.e. SMSTS, Trade Background, Degree
