PMO Assistant
A well known telecoms company in Slough are seeking a PMO Assistant to join their Business Intelligence Delivery team on a 3 month contractual basis.
Your responsibilities as a PMO Assistant will include but will not be limited to the following:
  • Reconciliations of charges to receipts
  • Cost checking - actual vs forecasted for the month
  • Approve invoices
  • On/off boarding support
  • Deal with timesheet bookings and ensure you have ran the timesheet non-compliant report
  • Deal with scrum bookings
  • Use scrum and timesheet bookings to enable cross charges to projects
  • Complete process flows which have been discussed in Process improvement meetings that you will have attended
  • Deal with team communications, including sending out business customer satisfaction surveys
Skills Required
  • Experience in a PMO Assistant position with a financial background
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint
