My client is starting a new project which is based between Dartford and Gravesend for a £1 million waste water treatment plant attached to a residential development.
They are looking to recruit a proven SMSTS qualified Site Manager with a proven background in Water Civils as well as M&E ( mechanical and electrical ) delivery.
As the project is starting from scratch you will be responsible for the whole project life cycle / delivery. This will start with a civil focused work and naturally progress into M&E as the projects transitions.
- Manage and control all on-site construction of the project, including assisting the contracts manager
- Ensure commercial risks are identified and managed
- Participate in and contribute to regular design meetings
- Ensure that the Contract programme is adhered to
- Act as the client interface managing the subcontractors

•CSCS card or similar
•Full clean driving licence
We are looking for the Site Managers to start ASAP and an immediate start and interview is available.
On offer is a rate of £24-27 per hours as a limited contractor and this may vary dependant on experience. We are expecting the contract to run for 8 months.
Please note that you are guaranteed 40 hours per week work and there are likely be times during the project where extra hours / overtime will be required.
