Spectrum Property Care are looking to employ a Gas Engineer with diagnostic skills, to join our Maintenance team covering the West & North Dorset area to help supply complete repairs and maintenance packages to Spectrum Housing Group's companies and to other housing associations, local authorities, schools and private landlords.
RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY DUTIES:
- Service and maintenance works
- Installation works
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
You will need to hold ACS qualifications CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1 and WAT1. You must have demonstrable experience in gas works and good diagnostic skills. You must also have experience of working in occupied premises, be able to demonstrate good customer care skills and hold a valid driving licence. A current CSCS card is desirable.
